  • At time of booking, 50% of rental/fees/taxes are due. The remaining 50% is due 60 prior to arrival along with a $500 refundable security deposit. Taxes will apply & will be calculated upon rental request.
  • 100% refund prior to 60 days from arrival (less $50 for processing). 50% refund prior to 30 days from arrival. No refund from 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.
  • Safety deposit of $500.00 is due with second payment of rent and fees. Safety deposit will be refunded to renter within 10 business days of departure, assuming no damages.
  • Must be 25 years old to rent.
  • Check In 3p, Check Out 11a
  • Guests will check in with front desk, but all concerns should be addressed to the concierge from Caribbean Beach Properties once checked into the unit.
  • Noise complaints are taken seriously by the HOA and will be subject to monetary fines.
  • No towels, hanging clothes or grilling on the balconies.
  • Capacity of this condominium is 6, and additional guests are not permitted by the HOA.
  • Guest must the wear wrist band provided by front desk when entering or leaving premises, or in common areas. Please return wristbands to desk at checkout.
  • No Pets, No Events, No Smoking
